Mimosa Digital's high speed print scanning service is only for prints sized from 2.5"x3.5" to 8"x10". Any sizes that are smaller or larger than this range will be manually scanned at the non-conforming prints rate. You can choose to skip these or scan only the smaller prints or only the larger prints or both.

All prints must be removed from albums, envelopes or sleeves and have no staples, tape, glue, mounting, etc. If we have to remove items from sleeves or handle the prints and negatives in any way, the special handling fee applies. You will pre-authorize this special handling charge or we will skip these items.

Prints must be pre-sorted by size order, facing upright and oriented head up. Prints not properly sorted may be scanned backwards or upside down. Prints to be scanned double-sided are to be grouped together. Items that are not rotated properly before hand will not be rotated unless you authorize the special handling charge.

This high speed service is designed to digitally preserve your photos at a resolution and quality needed to make reprints. Photos scanned at high-speed are not color-corrected. We can custom scan prints with manual color correction for an additional fee if required.

There is no refund for high-speed photo scans and you understand and agree that we cannot guarantee the image quality of the reproductions or individual quality control of your files due to the extremely high volume scanning operation.

Mimosa Digital respects professional copyrights. You must have permission from the photographer or have taken the photo in order to scan or reproduce it. Please see our terms of service.
