Return Policy

 

Mimosa Digital's merchandise return & exchange policy

Mimosa Digital will refund most merchandise if returned within 30 days of purchase. When you return an item by mail, you will only receive a store credit for your purchase (excluding any shipping & handling charges). Exchanges can only be made at a Mimosa Digital store.

For the following items, refunds are available only if returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date merchandise was purchased:
   Digital cameras
   MP3 players
   Digital photo frames
   DVD players
   Universal remote controls
   Other electronic items

In order to receive credit for any items, they must be unopened and in saleable condition. If the original is defective, you may be able to exchange these items by returning the item to a Mimosa Digital store.

Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.

A receipt is required as proof of purchase from Mimosa Digital. No returns will be allowed without a Mimosa Digital receipt – no exceptions. If the item is paid with a credit card (as shown on your receipt), a credit card return fee of 8% on your returned item will apply. Items paid in cash will not have a credit card return fee.

Unless defective, damaged upon delivery, or if the wrong product was delivered, ALL products MUST be returned in saleable condition. No returns are allowed for products that are not in "like new condition" including missing the original box, broken blister packs, packaging material (internal or external), contents, accessories or manuals. Exchanges can only be made at a Mimosa Digital store.

Free Gifts
You must also return any free gifts that were included with your purchase in order to receive a full refund. If you are unable to do so, the value of the free gift will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference. The value of the free gift is based on the price it was regularly sold for on the date of your original purchase.

Bundled Purchases
If you are unsatisfied with an individual item you purchased as part of a bundle package, you may return that item separately.

In some cases a bundle discount has been applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ from the price if you purchased it individually.

Coupons
You may return items for which you used coupons in accordance with our regular Return Policy. However, the coupon amount applied to the item being returned will be subtracted from its purchase price, and you will be refunded the difference.

Exceptions
The following items are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged:
   Prints including photos, posters, personalized cards,
      calendars, photo books, and other custom-made items
   Custom prints including headshot prints, comp cards,    
      portfolio prints, post cards, business cards, resumes,       flyers, and any printing services
   Photo restorations & other graphic design services
   Custom framing, canvas stretching, mat-cutting,
      glass-cutting, molding chops, fitting, consultation, and       any framing services
   A/V transfers and editing services
   Passport photos and photo ID Cards
   Portrait sitting sessions, images, touch-up services and       other portrait photography related services
   Event and class fees
   Gift certificates
   Stored value photo prints cards
   Prepaid photo prints cards
Delivery, shipping & handling and other fees for services performed are nonrefundable.
